Seth Lieber Creative was built to help destinations and partners move from promising ideas to visitor-ready experiences that can be booked, delivered, measured, and improved.

Why this work fits

My background sits at the intersection of tourism, visitor experience, performance, facilitation, and experience design. I’ve worked inside destination organizations, built visitor-facing systems, led front-line experience work, and spent years as a professional actor and theatre artist focused on audience connection, pacing, language, and live delivery.

That combination shapes how I approach destination development: not just what the idea is, but how a visitor understands it, how a team runs it, how partners support it, and how success is measured.

Tourism + visitor experience
Experience in visitor services, destination operations, partner support, and front-line visitor experience.

Theatre-informed design
A performance background that brings attention to audience, pacing, staging, rehearsal, clarity, and emotional arc.

Measurement + readiness
Tools and frameworks designed to connect creative ideas to partner capacity, KPIs, and sustainable delivery.
